As part of the Interactions team you will design, build, test and deploy our cloud native CX applications. You will work on systems handling large volumes of concurrent customer interactions either Voice, Chat or Tasks. The Go code you write will integrate both open source and commercial components into solutions that “Get CX done” for our customers.

Requirements

• Strong Go knowledge
  • syntax, idioms and best practices
  • familiar with concurrency in Go
  • building RESTful APIs with frameworks like Gin
• Automated unit / integration tests
• Familiarity with Linux
• CI/CD and Git
• Agile mindset

Nice to have experience

• Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
• VoIP, SIP, WebRTC or Audio processing
• Amazon Web Services
• Kubernetes
• GitOps Helm, Flux & Kustomize

Your workplace:
Our office is located in Capelle a/d IJssel at the Rivium Quadrant. From our office you can easily reach the highway by car and parking is free at the door. Our office is also accessible by public transport. If you want, you are welcome to come to the office to work every working day, but this is not necessary! We will provide you with a laptop and a mobile phone and the freedom to work remotely. Because we believe it is important that our colleagues get to know each other and prioritize work enjoyment, we encourage physical presence at the office on the weekly team days.
