Job description
We're searching for an experienced and driven (Technical) Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our CCaaS product. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS product development within complex infrastructure environments.
At QuandaGo, you build software at the forefront of CX. You build software that connects people all over the world. Together with a highly experienced team you’ll create Contact Center as a Service software for a large variety of clients.
You’ll be looking to continuously learn and develop. Sometimes this means to improve/optimize software, sometimes this means to start fresh. You’re open to new possibilities and opportunities for you and your team to accelerate.
You'll be challenged to strategically balance the need for innovative feature development with the careful phasing out of legacy components.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs.
Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances new feature development with legacy system phase-out, while considering technical constraints and market trends.
Customer Focus: Engage with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and validate product direction.
Technical Acumen: Possess a strong technical understanding and drive to learn the technical aspects of the product to effectively communicate with engineers and make informed decisions about product architecture and infrastructure.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during product development and launch.
Lead engineering teams: As Product Manager, you’ll lead the day to day operations of the development teams. This includes sprint & quarter planning, refinement/design sessions and daily standups.
Job requirements
Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with SaaS products in complex technical environments.
Legacy phase out experience: Proven experience in the phase out of interconnected legacy software.
Technical Proficiency: A strong technical background or a demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. Familiarity with telephony technologies like SIP, WebRTC, SBC, RTP, Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio is a big plus.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically about product direction and prioritize initiatives based on business goals and customer needs.
Excellent Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Customer Empathy: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into product requirements.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Data-Driven: Experience using data and analytics to drive product decisions and measure success.
Passion for Technology: A genuine interest in technology and its potential to solve real-world problems.
