At Conversational Analytics, you build API’s at the forefront of automated CX workflows. You enable other teams, even other businesses, to enhance their software with your SaaS solutions. You build software that can find out exactly what is happening before, during and after a conversation takes place. Together with a small team, you’ll develop new machine learning integrations, work on brand new SaaS engines and deploy modern cloud native solutions. You’ll be looking to continuously learn and develop. Sometimes this means to improve/optimize software, sometimes this means to start fresh. You’re open to new possibilities and opportunities for you and your team to accelerate.

Requirements

• Experienced with Python

  • Asynchronous programming (e.g. Asyncio)

  • API frameworks (e.g. Fastapi)

  • Automated unit/integration tests

• Containerization (e.g. Docker)

• CI/CD and Git (e.g. Gitlab-ci)

• Agile mindset

Nice to have prior experience with

• Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)

• Experienced with realtime audio processing

• Amazon Web Services

• Experience with Large language Models / prompt engineering

• Machine learning (NLP)

• Elasticsearch/Opensearch

• UI development (e.g. Vue.js)

Your workplace:

Our office is located in Capelle aan den IJssel at the Rivium Quadrant. This may sound less vibrant than it is because from our office you have a good view of the Rotterdam skyline and the van Brienenoord bridge. From our office you can easily reach the highway by car and parking is free at the door. If you don’t have a car, our office is also accessible by public transport. If you want, you are welcome to come to the office to work every working day, but this is not necessary! We will provide you with a laptop and a mobile phone and the freedom to work remotely. Because we believe it is important that our colleagues get to know each other and prioritize work enjoyment, we encourage physical presence at the office on the weekly team days.
